Eligible Returns: Due to the perishable nature of the product, returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
Time Frame: You must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Replacement: A replacement will be arranged for eligible claims after verification.
Non-Returnable: Products once opened or partially consumed cannot be returned.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after product verification.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
- If a replacement is preferred, we will ship it at no additional cost.
